All fabrika-platform hardware is designed by our in-house team of developers and engineers. Every component is carefully optimized, thoroughly tested, and developed to meet strict industrial standards and the highest demands for reliability.
What we provide:
- Comprehensive printed circuit board (PCB) design
Includes schematic design, component placement optimization, multilayer board layout, signal integrity analysis, and design with a focus on electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). - Selection and specification of suitable electronic components
With emphasis on technical parameters, quality, cost, long-term availability (lifecycle management), and minimizing supply chain disruption risks. - Assembly and production of PCBs using modern SMT and THT technologies
Including automated component placement (pick & place), reflow soldering, selective soldering, and manual operations for both prototyping and mass production. - Testing and inspection of printed circuit boards
We perform electrical and functional tests, including in-circuit testing (ICT), optical inspection (AOI), boundary scan, and final functional (end-of-line) testing based on customer requirements. - Design and development of mechanical enclosures and housings for PCBs
